Getting Up To Date

Hey there, David here from,

Just wanted to let everyone know I have been working on getting things running as you can tell.  Getting products in-line and looking right where they should be. And reviewing them all.

All the Gi’s, Rashguards, Shorts and so on.. are from all over the web. I will give you a list in just a second. I bring the product’s over and take the misleading junk out if there is any.

If you do buy the product through this site, I get a small percent of the sale. It does not cost you more at all. I want to make that clear. No extra charge.

It does cost me money to run the site. If you don’t find what you like, you can still help support the site by using these links below, until the site is complete. Making your purchase through this site is a huge help to me and the site because every little bit adds up.

Any purchase made through these links will help contribute to the building of this site. Or leave a comment and let me know what you think about the site.

Tatami Samurai Panda Rashguard

Tatami Samurai Panda Rash Guard

The Tatami Samurai Panda Rashguard, manufactured with the high-quality 300gsm poly-spandex material. The poly-spandex material conforms to the body for a tight fit while training. The artwork is fully sublimated to ensure the best long-term quality of the design.

The artwork Chris Burns created his self. The artwork here shows the Gentle Panda as our hero who is now an honored Samurai. Sitting calmly in his battle gear, the noble Samurai awaits his next opponent with determination in his eyes. The artwork on the sleeves shows the Tatami logo with katanas though the logo, which is a nice touch with the theme of this rashguard.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi vs Kimonos

I just got a Question in about the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu uniforms.

: What is the difference between a Gi and a Kimono?

Gi or Kimono

Its very simple. In Brazilian jiu-jitsu, the uniform is more often called a Gi. But Portuguese speaking countries still refer to it as a kimono. Gi or Kimono it is all the same thing to me.

Kimono is a traditional Japanese garment  The word “kimono” means a “thing to wear”. Kind of funny I think. I hope this answered you question.

For a more in-depth answer please check out

They explain it a little more here.
